Terms of Service
Last updated: May 26, 2026. These terms explain the rules for using ab say hi to create, manage, and monetize event experiences.
Acceptance
By creating an account, buying a plan or credit, publishing an invitation, or using any part of ab say hi, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Service
ab say hi provides digital invitation tools, RSVP management, guest imports, optional gift marketplaces, ticket generation, check-in tooling, and related event services. Features may change as the platform evolves.
Accounts and Organizer Responsibilities
You are responsible for your account security, the accuracy of event information, and the guest data you upload. You must have permission or another valid basis to add guest contact information and must not use the platform for spam, harassment, fraud, unlawful events, or prohibited content.
Plans, Credits, and Payments
Free accounts are subject to published limits. Event credits unlock additional event capacity as described on the pricing page. Pro plans apply while active. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and USDC payments may be processed through x402 where available. Prices, taxes, renewals, refunds, and plan benefits may vary by checkout terms shown at purchase.
Blockchain and x402 Payments
When you choose x402 or blockchain-based functionality, wallet addresses, payment authorizations, transaction hashes, and related network data may be public or irreversible. You are responsible for using the correct network, wallet, and asset.
Content and Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of event text, images, guest lists, and marketplace content you provide. You grant ab say hi a limited license to host, display, process, transmit, and back up that content solely to operate and improve the service. ab say hi branding, software, templates, and interface elements remain our property or licensed to us.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or disable accounts, events, invitations, marketplace checkout, credits, or plans when needed to prevent abuse, security risk, payment disputes, legal exposure, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service or request deletion subject to retention needed for legal, billing, backup, and security purposes.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as available. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, deliverability of every message, third-party payment availability, blockchain network performance, or that guests will respond. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are intended for operation with users in Mexico and other supported regions. Unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise, disputes will be handled under the applicable laws and competent courts for the service operator location stated in the final production company details.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or shown in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
